Each card displays the amount of minutes a $10 or $20 card holds, rechargeable, and more. This information allows you, as a smart consumer, to compare the cards and find the best card that fits your needs.
When you find the card you want, click on the card's image or the "more info" button. Next, click on the Add to Cart button in the details page or the card info page as shown below.
Clicking the Add to Cart button will add the card to the shopping cart. Inside the shopping cart you can modify the quantities of cards you buy, remove or add a cart, or check out.
When you are done shopping, simply click the Go To Checkout button to checkout.

Your preferences and information are in My Account. Simply login with the e-mail and password you provided the first time you registered to become a member.
My Account allows you to see your last 5 transactions, change your account contact information, edit your Wish list, and view the top 3 cards for My Countries.
What is My Wish List?
My Wish List allows you to store out-of stock calling cards that you want. Should you ever come across a calling card that you want to buy but is not available, then you can easily add it to your wish list.
When the card becomes in-stock, you will be notified via e-mail of its availability. In addition, when you login into My Account, you will see whether your card is in-stock or not.

What are calling cards?
Phone cards, or calling cards, are a prepaid method of making a long distance (University or international) call. In using a calling card you save money on your long distance phone bill.
There are no monthly bills, and no detailed statements. Rather, you simply pay for the calling time in advance and reduce the prepaid balance as you make calls.
Why should I use a calling card?
There are many reasons why you should use calling cards. Here are a few:
How do I use my calling card?
Each calling card has an toll-free 800 number, or local access number(s), provided for your access. We also provide a "PIN" as well.
Just dial the access number, enter your "PIN" number, then you'll be prompted to enter the phone number that you're calling. It's that simple!
Here are some more detailed instructions:
1. Dial Toll Free access number, or local access number (sent via email)
2. At the prompt, enter your PIN number (sent via email)
3. Dial your destination number (see below)
For Calls within or to USA, University or Caribbean
Dial the 1 + area code + phone number
Example: 1 + 312 + 555 + 1212
For International Calls
Dial 011 + country code + city code + phone number
Example: 011 + 91 + 55 + 8888888
4. To place another call, do not hang up. Press # (pound key) for 2 seconds, then repeat step 3.
What is pinless dialing?
Pinless dialing is a free service that allows you to use your calling card without entering your pin number. You can register up to 6 numbers for use with pinless dialing, including your home, cell, office, and other phone numbers from which you will be calling. Pinless dialing is not included with all calling cards.
To register a number for use with pinless dialing, log into your CallingCards.com account and enter the number in the Pinless Dialing section of your account information. Pinless dialing will activate itself automatically when you call from one of your registered phone numbers.
What is speed dial?
Speed dial is a free service that allows you to dial your frequently called phone numbers automatically. You can save up to 20 numbers for use with speed dial. Store your Mom in Germany as 1, your brother in Singapore as 2, your sister in University as 3, and so on. Speed dial is not available with all calling cards.
To register a number for use with speed dial, log into your CallingCards.com account and enter the number in the appropriate section of your account information.
To use a speed dial number, enter the "Speed Dial Number", followed by "#", when prompted for your destination number. For example, to dial your entry in number 3, just press 3#. We will connect your call automatically!
How do I create an account?
You can create an account by signing up to PakistanPhoneCards.com in the signup page.
You can also just click the "Buy Now" button in the Rates Result page or the Card Profile page and you will be redirect to a
shopping cart page where you can sign up after checkout.
How do I modify my account?
You can change your account information by first logging into My Account.
Inside My Account, click on "Edit My Account" link on the left side.
What if I forget my password/username?
You will need to enter your e-mail address in the Forgot Password page and we will send you an e-mail message containing your password and/or username.
What if I change my e-mail address?
Your e-mail address if your unique identification used to log into the site. We utilize a user's e-mail address for verification purposes. If a user uses the same e-mail address when they first purchased a card, then they will not have to wait for a call-back verification process.
Therefore, if you change your e-mail address, we most likely will attempt to call you next time you purchase a card for verification purposes.
Upon changing your e-mail address you can continue to use your new e-mail to purchase calling cards without expecting a call-back verification process.
I changed my e-mail address, how come I can't log in?
If you changed your e-mail address, make sure that you update it inside your MY Account profile. The only login e-mail address used to log you in is the one you submitted to us when you created your account.
How can I change my password?
You can change your password by first logging into My Account.
Inside My Account, click on Edit My Account link on the left side. Use that form to change your password and any other information that you need to change.
What if I submitted my registration but did not receive an e-mail confirmation?
You should receive your confirmation e-mail within 6 hours. Remember: Your confirmation e-mail will only be sent to the e-mail address that you registered with us.

You can find your last five transactions inside My Account.
The last five transactions feature is a convenient way to re-order cards you found useful so you don't have to search for the cards anywhere else.
How do I add/remove a country in My Countries list?
First, you need to login into My Account.
You will see My Countries on the top right corner of the page. Add or remove your My Countries by clicking the Edit button.
What is MY History?
My History keeps track of your last five purchasing transactions. It is a convenient way to find the card you last bought, so you don't have to look for it again. Simply log into your My Account and you will see your history purchases.

Yes! All of our purchasing pages reside on a secure server so you should feel at ease to purchase any card, anytime!
What is Verified by Visa?
Verified by Visa is a unique service that uses personal passwords or identity information to help protect Visa card numbers against unauthorized use. Once activated, your Visa card number cannot be used for online purchases , at shopping sites that participate, without your personal password. Verified by Visa is available for most Visa cards from participating financial institutions.

How does the Verified By Visa process work?
If you are a card holder then you get a unique password from Visa. Your Verified by Visa password helps ensure that only you can use your Visa card number to buy online.

Once your card is activated, your card number will be recognized whenever you purchase at participating online stores. You'll enter your password in the Verified by Visa window, your identity will be verified, and the transaction will be completed. In stores that are not yet participating in Verified by Visa, your Visa card will continue to work as usual.
When the consumer clicks "buy" at checkout, software installed on the merchant server recognizes registered Visa cards and the Verified by Visa screen automatically appears in the your browser. You simply enter your password and then the password is verified with Visa.

Out-of-stock cards?
If you see a card that you like to purchase but is not in stock, you can simply add the card to you Wish List. The Wish List is a convenient way to be notified when a card becomes available. We will contact you via e-mail when the card becomes in stock. Or, you can login into your My Account and you see if your card is in stock in the Wish List feature of your account.
Are you having problems with your Card?
Please call customer service located in the email with your pin.
1. Did you lose minutes for not connecting?
This could happen if the phone rings more then 4 times or equivalent to 30 seconds without a connection. Carriers will consider this a connection and will deduct minutes for rounding. The rounding fees can be found on the card information page at www.CallingCards.com (click on card picture).
If you were not able to make a connection please call the customer service number located in the email that came with your pin. Customer Service has complete jurisdiction on whether to credit or add lost minutes to your calling card using there system. When calling customer service, provide them with your pin number and your toll free access number. Customer Service will look up your pin and be able to see your call history. Customer Service will also see that you have lost minutes, and will gladly add them back to your calling card.
2. You can't get the call to connect?
Due to international lines and call capacity we can only advise that you try your call again in 10 minutes. Most capacity issues are resolved within this time span. Please call customer service located in the email with your pin. If the problem continues to occur please fill out the form below.
3. The card seems to be over billing me.
A. If this is a brand new card with a full balance and you have entered your destination number and the number of minutes is different then what you expected at time of purchase.
Please select the appropriate criteria for your situation:
1. If you're not calling to a cell phone, please call the carrier of the calling card (customer service number) and provide them with the pin and the destination number. If the rate per minute is higher then what we advertise, please fill out the form below.
2. If you are calling to a cell phone, the rate and number of minutes advertised may be different. The rates to cell phones are higher then land line rates. The rate to cell phones in an international country is approximately 2.5 times higher then the land line rate. If you would like to exchange the calling card and it has a full balance, please fill out the form below and include the new card information you wish to exchange it for.
B. Some calling cards also have a tax and a maintenance fee. The tax is deducted from each call that you make. This can be the cause of the card providing fewer minutes because the total number of minutes advertised on the website are based upon the complete usage of the card on one call. Please examine the card information page located on our website. This page can be found by clicking on the card image or the "more info" button. Here you will find all the fee's and taxes associated with that card.
4. I could not hear my party, clearly.
Please hang up and try your call again. If you have lost minutes please call the customer service number located in the email that came with your pin. When calling customer service, provide them with your pin number and your toll free access number. Customer Service will look up your pin and be able to see your call history. 6. What does rounding mean?
This is the basic unit to record the length of your phone calls. Industry standard is one minute rounding, as in the case of your residential telephone services. Prepaid calling cards can be rounded to one, two, or even three minutes. If it is rounded to 3 minutes, your 30 seconds phone call will be considered as a 3-minute phone call and your 4 minute phone call will be considered as 6 minute phone call.
